Stovehouse is turning back time with a free, all-ages dance party that spans five decades of music. DJ Holiday will spin 45-minute sets dedicated to each era — from Beatles-era grooves and disco fever to synth-pop, grunge anthems, and Y2K hits. Each time block gets its own vibe and costume contest, so families can dress up together and represent their favorite generation on the dance floor. Whether your kids are curious about the music you grew up with or you're ready to introduce them to the classics, this era-hopping celebration offers something for every age and musical taste. The party kicks off at 7:00 PM on September 11, 2026, at Stovehouse on Governors Drive. The evening progresses chronologically through the decades, starting with the '60s and wrapping up with 2000s throwbacks around 10:45 PM. Since it's free and outdoors (or in Stovehouse's open-air venue space), families can come and go as they please — stay for one set or dance through all five. Younger children will likely enjoy the earlier decades, while tweens and teens might get more excited as the night moves into the '80s, '90s, and 2000s.
