Lowe Mill Arts & Entertainment transforms into a hub of creative enchantment for the Witches Collegium, a free community celebration that invites young spell-casters and their families to explore art through a magical lens. The event takes place on Friday, October 30th at 11:00 AM at Sparkle Studios (Studio 103), though the magic spreads throughout Lowe Mill's entire creative campus.
